A. J. Enterprizes Top ET: Kevin Thorp of Knickerbocker got the better end of a double breakout final round against Ty Casey of Abilene. Kevin had a bit better light with a .021 to Ty's .035. At the far end, Kevin ran just .005 under at 4.755 on a 4.76 dial. Ty was under by just a bit more at .007, with the boards showing 6.223 under a 6.23 dial. Nobody lifting, apparently. |

Pinnacle Countertop Solutions Modified ET: It was another down to the stripe final in Modified. Chris Kelly of Merkel (top) and Sambo Tyra of Abilene were the last two left in Mod on Saturday. Sambo got off the line first with a .015 to Chris' .019 reaction time. The view at the finish line saw Sambo getting there first but breaking out with a 6.942 under his 6.96 dial. The Falcon had 8.15 on the window and ran just that at 8.156 for the win. |

| Longmire Plumbing Jr. Dragster: Whitley Bettis of DeLeon (top) put a light on Abilene's Dustin Douglas in the last round of Jr. Dragster. The two cars were dialed heads up at 7.90 each. When they left the line, Whitley had a lead on Dustin with a .012 reaction time to Dustin's .072. At the finish line, Whitley stopped the clocks at a 7.91 on a 7.90 and Dustin was right on the dial with a 7.901, but that .072 light kept him behind all the way. |

| Rhino Linings of Abilene All Class Quick: Lance Fulgham (top)took the win in All Class when Merkel's Billy Williams took himself out in the last round. Lance had a great .008 light and Billy had a sucky just barely red -.007. Lance ran 5.05 on a 5.03 for fun and Billy went dead on 5.204 on a 5.20, which is just the thing to make that red lite suck just a little more. |

| Pro Footbrake: Sambo Tyra made up for the breakout in Modified with a dead on the dial win over Tommy Wade in the Pro Footbrake final. Sambo had a soft .065 light but drove the finish line with a 6.951 on a 6.95 for the win. Tommy killed Sambo on the tree with a .023 light but maybe gave the stripe back with a brake tapping 7.59 over his 7.55 dial. |

Whitten Inn Street Money-: Theresa Dempsey (top) took the win in Street Money when Buddy Adams of Snyder went just a biity bit -.008 red in the last round. |

| Max's Kawasaki Motorcycle: Donnie Oliver of Hawley (top) got the best part of a double breakout motorcycle class final against Harry Goebel of Hamlin. Donnie was .086 on the tree and ran just .005 under at 6.275 aghainst a 6.28 dial. Harry was a little late with a .171 reation time and finished up way under with a 6.44 under his 6.53 dial. Maybe the dog picked the dial, or the bike just got real happy trying to catch up to Donnie. |

| Street Series #1: In the first Street Series, Dean Kennedy and Diane Zientek had a killer final round. Dean had a slightly better reaction time with a .038 to Diane's .044. The Volkswagen did it's thing, running 9.050 on a 9.05 dial. Dianne made Dean work for it, running a bitty breakout 8..241 under her 8.25 dial. |

Dianne met up with track sponsor Sterling Robertson in the final race of the day. Dianne had a great lap with a 8.27 on her 8.25 dial to win. Sterling broke out, running 9.83 under a 9.90 dial. |

Modified Gamblers: Ty Casey took the win over Bill Simpkins in the Friday Modified gamblers. Ty hit a .030 light and ran a right on 6.212 on a 6.21 dial for the win. Bill had a little better light at .026 then proceeded to break out witha 6.53 under a 6.57 dial. |
